It is the most important of the three Fonseca Guimaraens properties, and from its vineyards came what was considered the best wine in the world – Vintage Fonseca 1994.
It has two rooms and terraces that can be rented for lunches, dinners, snacks and meetings.
Quinta do Panascal offers programs such as educational visits in an audio-tour system, available in several languages, and entry into the centuries-old mills of the farm.
You can also enjoy a commented wine tasting in the living room.
During the harvest season, it is possible to watch the picking of the grapes and also the treading of the berries.
In the living room it is possible to purchase the entire range of Port wines produced by the wine estates.

Born in the Douro, namely in the village of Galafura where the most beautiful viewpoint in the Douro is located, Monte de São Leonardo de Galafura. I am lucky to have been born in one of the most beautiful regions in the world and I want to share the best of what comes from it.
