• Lamego city tour with tasting of local products

1.00 PM – Departure for the Entre-os-Rios Pier

7.30 PM – Arrival of the ship in Entre-os-Rios

7.00 AM – Departure of the ship to Vila Nova de Gaia Quay

General Information: 

• Languages spoken on board: Portuguese and English
• Standard Cabin - 740€/adult .
• Royal Suite Cabin - 890€/adult.
• Single supplement - 260€/adult.
• All the tours on the program are included in the price of the cruise.
• If you do not wish to take part in any of the tours, the meal on board will be guaranteed at no extra cost, as long as you inform us in advance.
• If you have any dietary restrictions, please inform us at the time of booking.
• Stadard cabins consist of two separate beds, which cannot be converted into double beds.
• This program is subject to a minimum number of participants. DOURO CRIATIVO may be forced to cancel the cruise and the client may change the date of the cruise (subject to availability) or be refunded the full amount paid. 
• The completion of the cruise or the continuation of the services may be affected by adverse weather conditions, breakdowns or unexpected maintenance of the ship and the impositions of the competent authorities.
• All meals (drinks included) are included in the cruise, including those that may take place off the ship due to tours or visits. 
• Not included: private tours, selected wines, bar drinks, store products, personal expenses.

Children's policy: 

• There are no triple cabins, nor are extra beds, cribs or carrycots provided. However, the latter two can be brought by the parents and placed between the beds in the standard or Royal Suite cabins. 
• The standard twin cabins are very small, so if you need to put a carrycot or baby bed (for children up to 3 years old), it will be very tight to move around the cabin. The tour operator cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience of this nature. In these cabins, it is not possible for an adult and child to stay in the same bed.
• The Royal Suite cabin has enough space for cribs or carrycots. In this cabin, children up to the age of 3 can also share a bed with their parents and travel free of charge.
• No child may be left alone in a cabin unaccompanied by an adult. All responsibility for children lies with the person accompanying them.
• Children aged 4 to 12, sharing a room with an adult, receive a 50% discount on the selected fare.
• Children under the age of 6 will not be allowed on coach excursions unless they have an approved safety seat (not provided by the tour operator).
• Restaurant chairs, bus safety seats or other children's equipment are not guaranteed.For check-in purposes, all children under the age of 18 must present an identification document and must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult over the age of 18.
• Although children under the age of 3 are free of charge, this must always be included in the reservation.

Cancellation policy: 

• 20% penalty.
• Cancellations up to 15 days before departure: 75% penalty.
• Cancellations less than 15 days before departure: 100% penalty.
