07:30 pm – Embarkment at Estiva Quay (Porto)

08:15 pm – Start of the New Year’s Eve Cruise

  • Welcome Drink: Martini (white or red); Gin Tonic; White Port Wine; Water; Orange Juice
  • Solid Appetizers: Meat "Rissóis"; Shrimp "Rissóis"; Croquettes; Samosas; Codfish Dumplings; Portuguese meat bread; Seafood Canapés; Sausage Puffs; Shrimp Vol - au - Vent; Roasted chorizo; Corn Bread.

09:30 pm – Start of the dinner service

  • Appetizer: Carrot Cream Sprinkled with Almond 
  • Main dish:
    • Flaked codfish with corn bread on a bed of sprouts served with baked potatoes
